Step 2

 Meet with CJ for your first session

Step 3

Assess and Test current status to know where you currently sit.

Step 4

CJ will build you an Individual Design program based on your consultation and testing. 

Step 5

Complete a cycle (from 4-16 weeks) of prescribed programming 

Step 6

Re-test,  re-define, repeat.
