Professional Fitness Coach
CJ was born and raised Zion, IL, about an hour north of Chicago. He went to Northeast Mississippi Community College and then transferred to Ole Miss to finish up his bachelors in Exercise Science in 2015.
"I have always been fascinated with how the body moves and how it detects pain. I recently reached over 10,000 hours coaching clients and now plan to coach, coaches for 10,000 more! My favorite part about ID Fitness is how each clinet is built a fitness program based on there data and no one else’s."
While originally from Atlanta, Kaylee has made Oxford her home for the last ten years. She graduated from Ole Miss in 2015, and now works for a campus ministry there. She originally got involved at ID Fitness because she wanted to learn more about health and physical fitness, and she absolutely loves the community at the gym. When she started with CJ, she had severe chronic back pain from an injury in college.
“My program has centered around strengthening my back and core to lessen the pain and improve my overall function. I cannot believe how far I’ve come and how infrequently I experience chronic pain!”
Social Media Manager
Born and raised in the Northeast outside of the small town of NYC, for most of his life music and theatre have been his outlets of choice. After moving to Oxford in 2018 and getting to know CJ, Robbie began to not only realize the importance of wholistic fitness, but also the accessibility of it. After over a year of floor coaching, Robbie took over social media and marketing in June.
“At ID Fitness, I’ve never felt like an outsider, whether that be as a coach OR a client. If you come in with an openness and are willing to listen, learn, and put in the effort, CJ will do his part to put you on the road to success.”
Ben is originally from Memphis, but has lived in Oxford for about 8 years now. He recently graduated from Ole Miss with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree.Anyone who knows Ben knows he’s both up for a challenge and willing to challenge others. All of that comes from a commitment to excellence and a belief that we don’t actually know our own limits.
“I chose this path because of how you can better yourself and prevent illnesses through diet and exercise. Working at ID Fitness has helped me test my knowledge and continue learning. Being at a place with a great community has made the experience much better.”
Anyone who knows Jordan knows she lights up the gym! She’s one of the best encouragers and knows just what to say to help you push through that last set.
While she originally hails from Little Rock, AR, Jordan’s now a junior Exercise Science major at Ole Miss. ID Fitness has become Jordan’s home away from home, and she sees it as the best place for her to reach her goals.
“Ever since I was little I was passionate about staying active, and I’ve always had a heart for helping other people improve their health.”
ID Fitness had become a great place for Logan to come and learn, not just as a coach but as a client as well. Doing the two in tandem has given him a more complete picture of how the entire personal trainer process work’s.
“I enjoy working at ID Fitness because it provides me with so much structure that I didn’t know that I needed.”
Originally from Memphis, Aiden moved to Oxford back in 2011 and is currently a Senior at Oxford High School. He began to really think about fitness to improve his soccer game, and he then discovered the community that makes ID Fitness what it is.
